Ingredients
Premium wheat flour, egg, milk, water, salt, yeast.
Storage
Store at temperatures above -18 degrees Celsius. After defrosting, do not refreeze. Use immediately after defrosting.
Shelf life
Shelf life is 3 months from the date of manufacture.
How to prepare
Remove the desired amount directly from the freezer; defrosting is not necessary. Heat a frying pan with a little oil over medium heat. Add the kattamas (frozen is fine) and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side, until heated through and soft and lightly golden. Serve immediately—they taste best warm.
