Ingredients
Premium wheat flour, water, egg, salt. Filling: potatoes, onions, black pepper, salt.
Storage
Store at temperatures above -18 degrees Celsius. Once thawed, do not refreeze; use after defrosting.

How to prepare
Bring water to a boil in a steamer or saucepan (if using a colander or strainer) and bring to a boil. Grease the steamer rack with oil to prevent the vareniki from sticking. Arrange the vareniki in a single layer, still defrosted, leaving some space between them. Steam for 10-12 minutes, covered, over medium heat, until the dough is soft and translucent. Carefully remove from the steamer and let cool for a few minutes. Serve with butter, sour cream, or fried onions.
